Hey guys, what about if we make a list of balance changes since closed beta? Things I found out so far:

Doctrine units are now spawned from doctrine list, without needing the buildings.
Doctrine units no longer replace existing units
Conscripts get a new flare mine ability
German infantry get medkit ability (on others only)
Elefant now a doctrinal only unit
Panzerwerfer unit now T4 (from T3)
T-34/86 are bought two at a time (750 manpower, 200 fuel)
Katyusha unit now T4 (from T3)

Plus maybe someone whos been looking at the stats can cover any major stat changes.

Found another one yesterday, when you get the soviet armor doctrine you get 2 T34-86s instead of 1 when you purchase it (750 manpower, 200 fuel).
