Went late game with USF and i realised..I had 2 jackson and 3 shermans.I took the crews out and added 20 somthing to my pop cap.I then build 2 more sherman putting me over my pop cap significantly.is this illegal?

I am not going to take huge issue with you, GIA, bcs I think it is an abuse, but not a cheater abuse. I see it rather like ghost wiring or capwalking...
