Weapons Rack for every faction

I really like the weapon racks implementation for USF (even if I would make the upgrade just unlock both of them), and I want to see what it be like for very other faction, but I do not know how to do this in the tools. Can anyone help me out on this?

Take a look at the existing weapon rack entities, under slotitem_ext. That is where it is handled.

I'm still having trouble adding the weapon racks so that they are built at the start of the game, like the USF ones are. Help would be appreciated greatly.
