DLL error slowing down game?

On my laptop capable of running BF3 on ultra at 30 FPS(670M) i get a DLL error when I launch coh2. I click "ok" and game launches, but FPS is HORRIBLE. Is there any kind of patch I can download that I don't know about? I only get this issue with this game.

coh2 just has shit optimization.
idk anything about the dll error but you can try verifying the game cache and see if that helps. it's also possible a dx installation or something similar got broken.
