I know how to create abilities at all and how to add it to Units. But my question is how do i add it to the commando abilities? Pls help

By Commando, I assume you mean Commander? If so, you cannot add or remove Commander Abilities. However, you can modify existing ones. Just look for them in the abilities category.
Edit: If you mean the Command Panel (3x4), just add the abilities to the ability_ext of the entity or squad_ability_ext of the squad.

With SCAR, you can add player abilities using the "Player_AddAbility" function.
In the Attribute Editor, you can use the "add_ability_action" action.

In any list of actions, when right-clicking to add an action. For example, action_apply_ext for entities.
