Hello, I read some topics about War Spoils but I remember to read, that only wehr and sowiets drop commander, but not western armies. Is this true or was that missleading information? It that just bad luck or not that i never got a commander or skin for okw..

They all get commander drops, skins and bulletins

just RNG, they all drop. although that assumes you have OKW and USF, i think.

You get drops for every faction that you own.
These drops contain skins, bulletins, commanders and victory strikes for all factions.
I know it, because I got the double P4 OKW commander 3 times

Owning a faction is not required as I got mechanized company before I even bought US Forces

It's ridiculous. Drop is so rare but I got one us commander 2times. But yeah, I God also one "epic" sturmtiger strike for Okw. Changes my playstyle totally...

The War spoils system is still messed up. Maybe in 1 or 2 years they will fix this shit!

I personally like the war spoil system on the one hand because it's a nice extra to be rewarded after some games.

On the other hand it is not fair when you lack e.g. Rifle Company as US (like I do) because the game is much easier with it (same on Assgren/Stug E for Ost).
