Need help with creating tactical map please!

My buddy and I have been working on a map for about 2 months now, and are just about finished. However creating the tactical map has proven to be to much for us. Watching and reading tutorials have also proven to be hopeless. Can anybody help us???

Onkle Sam's Guide didn't help?I am terrible with image software, I followed it best I could but I have no experience with any of it.

i dunno. i had no expeirience with photoshop but that vid made it possible for me to create tac maps. and photoshop is very user friendly i think. a lot of cool features are really easy to do.
if that guide did not help you, i dont think anyone can explain to you better. the only other option is getting other ppl to do the tac map for you two.
