Any ideas how to place an abandoned team weapon? I am trying to place an abandoned mg 42. I looked through the forums and found a tutorial for vehicles.
I think the command would go something like:
Util_CreateEntities (nil,mg42_heavy_machine_gun_squad)
Any input is greatly appreciated.

You can just place the object on the map. No need for scar scripting. You just need to find the correct object. I typically don't place weapons on maps, so I cant remember which ones work. I think some of them are just for visuals, or animation sequences.

Generally any weapon placed on the map under ebps folder should not be possible to re-crew by players.

Thanks, I've been playing around with it and only succeeded in placing undeleteable
objects, which I had to nuke, or a weapon that just looks goofy the way it fell. (MG42 folded up on the ground lol) I'll just play with it some more. Happy I don't have to use SCAR.
