Did Relic do any testing of this whatsoever ?
I just encountered a player that built nothing but conscript squads, and had maybe 7 of them with PTRS', that were one shotting entire MG teams, Kubelwagons, Volks Squads, everything. Overlapping maching guns were just gunned down in an instant like they were hit with a grenade.
So I guess, new Soviet strategy is to just built 9 conscript squads in a giant blob and equip them all with PTRS against OKW - I can't think of anyway to counter this.
I built maybe 4-5 machine guns, didn't matter, they ran me over like it was nothing.
