After playing MonolithicBacon's new map "Passchendaele" (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=393764621)
It has reminded me just how cool MudTech really is! While hill 331 overdid it with the mud this map has shown me just how cool and atmospheric you can make maps that are still fun. Mud is an awesome map feature that I wish more maps had (as well as rain)
Let Relic and Bacon know we love mud and different map designs!

have you even tried any map that has mud?
mud tech in this map works because this map is supposed to reflect passchendale in ww1.
now, hill 331 over did the mud. and ppl complained and mud tech was never seen again...

afaik you can set the mud and deep snow to only look like deep snow without the awful sideeffects

Personally I think both snow/mud tech works well in SP content, but in MP it is just frustrating to have the environment hinder you.
