No. I would not call it in even if it gives me fuel for calling it! I mean, the role of this unit is not clear. Is it AT, well at mark 15 minutes it can't even penetrate a PzIV. Is it AI, why not katyusha?
Bottom line, even if you reduce the fuel price by half, it's still useless. Need a total rework.

su76 barrage is really good against infantry with limited maneuver room. if you ever base pin someone on a map like semiosky you can end the game early with one. that's literally the only use though, other than trolling.
