Urban Assault and Not One Step Back

Well after about a week of research, I am still unable to tell if Urban Assault and Not One Step Back are available for drop via War Spoils, so does anyone have any Info on it, and if so can you cite your source?

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

you can try the grenadiers of urban assault with a few mods (all units etc..), are units of the original game, in fact, have been translated into all languages (description / name), and I think in maps closely are disgustingly op.

I've played against a player that had Urban Assault in his loadout, although the match completed before I've seen him selecting a doctrine. I even took a screenshot, it's somewhere I think

Do you remember the name of the guy that had it? It could have been a dev.

For example, Stefan Haines (PBUH) has used NOSB Tactics in live. I am not sure about other people, though. In theory they shouldn't be dropping, but I've heard mixed/vague reports of normal users getting these two commanders.
