What bonuses do units get on retreat?

Does anyone know the exact numbers? They are faster, no doubt about that. But how faster and do they take less damage?

I think they get 50% less accuracy received? As I know its 50/50 on sniper shots at a squad on retreat.

it's a 0.4 received accuracy modifier and double speed.

I thought they removed those bonuses except for the whole running fast to base part.

Off the top of my head, I believe it's not double speed, but rather +1 speed (same as oorah and sprint). So a 33% increase.

I was wrong it's +2 speed, when I looked at initially I thought it said multiply
