your framerate is low so you might fall behind other players

Hello everyone. I have the problem with coh2. When im starting to play some map especially 2 vs 2 im getting the statement- your framerate is low so you might fall behind other players. So i must wait a couple of seconds before i can move my units. This is very frustrating. Here is my specifications: intel core 2 duo 2,53ghz, 2 gb ram and graphic ati hd 7770 1 gb ram. I try to combine with settings even to low them but it doesnt help. During the battles coh2 runs quite smoothly but like i said at the beginning the map i must wait a couple of second to run my units. Has anybody any idea how to fix it?

Yeah do this.. I was having ridiculously long load times even when I set my graphics to low, despite having a system exceeding the recommended requirements. When I set the sound quality to low, I now load super fast. I'm sure it'll fix your performance issues too.
