It would be better to add air forces Tier whereyou can build your own planes and use them as you want to (planes would spawn out of map obviously)No on-map airfields?

There should be an upgrade to the HQ building like "Communications HUB" that can order in artillery strikes and air abilities. It would be pretty sweet 
Axis doesn't have the best AT options in the game

No on-map airfields?
Tier looks like HQ, radio station or sth like that, planes are spawned on off-map airfield that can be called to fight using their equipment that costs munitions

Granted, i would think crashing airplanes and the damage they cause upon crashing would need to be toned down to prevent RNG catastrophes on both sides.
