Ardennes Assault reward intel report not working

I recently played through ardennes aussault and got the intel report, that gives you a 10% discount on RE and riflemen. While testing it, i discovered that the report isn't working. everthing is still the same price as before. Has anybody experienced else this bug?

It's not cost discount, it is building and reinforcement time yes?

The Name of the Bulletin is

"Backbone of the Army" - Riflemen & Rear Echelon Troops train and reinforce 10% faster

Good to see this thread already exists. I have often wondered what exactly this bulletin offers, because the german description says vague translated:

"Reinforcement and training of RE and Rifles is reduced by 10%."

Testing and information in this thread confirmed my assumption that Rifles/RE train faster.

Well, in my native version it clearly states TRAINING TIME so no doubts here.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Nope unfortuately not in the german version. There the description is:

"Die Verstärkung und Ausbildung von Schützen und Etappentrupps kostet 10% weniger."

Directly translated this would be: "The reinforcement and the training of Rifles and RE costs 10% less." which is quite misdirecting.
