Laz, just for clarification, are we to play all twelve players again, or can we cross of those who we've already fought? (essentially, would I need to play Napalm again?)
You have to play just against those you have not fought yet. The thing is, some of us have only played games against players who are not anymore in the tourney, but that's another story. So, no, you don't need to play against Napalm again

That leaves 10 players which isn't that bad, as unfortunate as it may be... perhaps it would be better to just ignore games played against those that pulled out. That still leaves a total of 45 matchups, a total of 90 games, which is a very decent number.
