there´s no explanation about this .. its just magic.. N.A.S.A. is a magic crew and even the members don´t need to know about it´s philosophy, just let it go.. the way it is, flow.

Thanks for the interest. First, I´ll need references and recomendations of you. The best way to do that, is encourage your former superiors of all your previous missions and space campaigns you have been on, to write us a letter with the following:
- performance under high pressure
- performance in social conditions
- mental historic
- drug historic
- favorite socks brand
Also, we highly encourage our prospective crew to read the book PEAK PERFORMANCE UNDER PRESSURE by BILL DRISCOLL
If you have any doubt, do not hexitate to ask. We will be happy to clarify any pendent questions or doubts.
