Guide Section Scrolling Bug

With the huge table of contents for the new guide, I discovered a bug: if you are reading the replies to the guide and try to scroll down it will jump back up. I assume this is because you try to scroll past the only posts there and run out of stuff or something. Try it quick before more people post and ruin it! Bug is in Opera and Chrome and Firefox - haven't tested other browsers.
