Artillery Officer tooltip

Hello folks, it has nothing to do with the latest update, but a long time ago, i noticed that Artillery Officer tooltip showed a 6 popcap value, whereas it uses 9 once called-in. After every patch or so, i use one of the commanders that has that squad, and notice the tooltip has never been changed. Though i do not think the unit deserves that high of a popcap, but that is more a balance suggestion.
