Have grenades been fixed?

The new patch looks pretty great for the most part, haven't played it, and I'm wondering if grenades have been fixed. Panzerfusiliers seem to have it the worst, you order them to throw a grenade or AT grenade and they either don't throw or the animation gets stuck. Sometimes if you cancel you don't even get the munitions back. Rifle grenades seems fairly bugged too.
