So ive had trouble with the self repair ability of some soviet doctrines
thing is you can only activate/deactivate it while your vehicle is damaged, but as soon as its repaired to full HP your unable to turn off the self repair and hence itll continue to drain your ammo...
i doubt that this is working as intended, unless relic wants us to turn it off at 99% hp or suffer the ammo penality...
what do you guys think?

Its a bug, this is known forever. Relic also but they dont fix it like every other bug that is in the game forever!
We are hoping that the next patch will adress mostly the bugs because they are tooooooooooo many.
