How to make a variety of destruction on buildings?

All I can do is 1 type of of destruction using the "edit state".Then I analyzed the maps and have determined that those buildings which are used in existing maps, have on themselfs there are several destructions...
somebody knows how to do like this?

double click on the BuildingDamage, then you can move the damage around
