There's a secret filter with url :

The replay tab in the main menu is still grey, when you're on the portal. you can only access it from other sections.

It is a cache issue. You will have to open the css file (should be http://www.coh2.org/min/serve/g/51a49af2f23d8ac40c99910c790d06de/lm/1365532132) explicitly and ctrl + reload it (varies in different browsers).
You can also invalidate cache by disabling the browser cache, reloading the page and enabling the cache again.
