I don't know if this was already mentioned.
In 4vs4:
OKW can send 2 Sturm pios to place improved barbed wire on the concrete ramp leading to the southwestern fuel point.
By the time Allies can crush it, they are pretty much GG.
They can be stopped, but it take a lot of energy and the Axis can take the map in that time.
This tactic is increasing in frequency.
Any ideas to counter it or it just an exploit ?

I can veto it, but since we got only 2 vets, it left Rostov or Glaize not vetoed...

the map has a few other issues like this where theres just areas where its too clusterfucked.
on the top part of the map an Mg and 3-4 sections of regular barbwire on the top VP is a standard tactic for the team that spawns in the east. You can very easily control that entire side of the map because its so crowded and theres no way to get in there and take the territory back. it usually ensures victory because you can use it to flank the other team at any point on the map you want.
