Just spent 32 minutes waiting for a 1v1 game. At first it was like 75% 25% then it went to 50/50 then it went 80/20 then it went back to 75/25 then to 50/50 again for like 7 minutes or so...before finally going 100/0. So sad, primetime...can't find a game.

It's funny how people (including me) are saying allies OP allies OP but no one plays them. Can't even find a game.....All I wanted to do was play a little COH2 and try and get a few good games but screw it...Sad!

I'll give you a hint: it has to do with holding out till late game then steamrolling everything with armor spam.

It sure is...now all Relic needs to do with is it up so that when Allies hit the 20 min mark, and haven't won yet, they auto-surrender.

The way I see it you have 2 options. Either play as allies which is boring due to their faction design. Or wait in queue as axis which is a little less boring because you can watch a movie or a show while doing so.

It's really frustrating to fight german armor after 20min.
There is no point in playing allies these days because germans can play defensive for 20min and win after that.

One King Tiger to rule them all.

Note: I play mostly 2vs2

Why didn't you just switch to allies?

Yeah, I'm ok playing allies in 2on2 but when I'm doing 1on1 I'd really prefer axis. Too bad it takes so long to get a game.

Before/when the game was released I was 100% against mirror matching. To be honest that option doesn't sound too bad anymore. Atleast I could get a game with any faction I want and anytime I want. I guess I never would've thought that the automatch percentages would be so skewed.

Maybe in US case, but soviets have almost same late game options for heavy tanks just as ostheer or OKW. Unless u are saying that IS-2 or ISU even KV tanks are lacking behind axis armor.

This is not solely an Axis player's issue. In general, there are not many people playing this game. Especially not in competitive 1v1.

Relic Marketing and the console generation doing its bit.

I'm really confused now as to which faction is currently considered OP. I mean the steamroll argument with allies is pretty good, but so is the hold-out-until-armor-arrives-for-axis one.

We really need more search percentages statistics to determine exactly which faction gives more reason to complain about.

I think most people prefer the axis side, myself included. But there are people that are willing to switch factions in queue and people who dont.

Honestly, it's so worth it to learn a faction from both sides. I play both Soviets and OKW, and when it's 99.99% Axis searching I just switch to Soviets and find a match quickly.

Besides, learning new factions is one of the most fun parts of the game IMO.

Because: soviets are a total faction design fail, us faction is fine but becomes boring over time (i like how you can implement every unit/tier into your playstyle). So for me ostheer is still my favorite.

That said, searching percentage has nothing to do with opness, atleast in most cases.
