Re-publish or automatic update?

When you publish a map in the Steam workshop, if you make any alterations and export package does it automaticly updates the map for everyone who's subscribed to your map? or, do you have to re-publish it every time?

Select the map, and republish. It will automatically update the workshop file, and will not require people to resubscribe, unless there is a change in the name.
