(The suggestion is for me the focus of 2v2....in terms 1v1, I can not say how useful it is)
My idea would be the selection of a party (Axis / Allies) on the menu and a fraction choice (Axis: Ostheer/OKW) in the loading screen, when you see the map! The opposing team is hidden. In the process you have xsec time if you do not select anything you get a random fraction(Ostheer/OKW) or a Predefined in the menu.
why?
-I usually choose a group after my desire, but I think after the map is known "damn, I would have to take OKW/Ostheer!"
-increases the claim, since the composition of the enemy is not known.
In my opinion, the game would (which in any case relates 2v2) significantly increased.
If it makes no sense technically or principle, I'd appreciate opinions ...

sounds like a huge effort to add to the game for little benefit. I don't dislike the idea or anything but I'm 100% certain this will never make it into the game.

It isnt just easier to veto the maps you dont like with chosen faction....
