Taken a long break from the game and only just started playing again recently, how do you get bulletins and skins for OBKW is it just a lucky dip or is there still criteria to be met?
Looking for any competent Aussie players who play in the hours of 7pm-10pm AEST Mon-Fri. All my team mates no longer play the game looking for some skilled players to work with.

Its 100% random with slightly better chance for the faction you are playing currently with.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.
