Build order with T2

Hi guys! I need help. What build order I can to use in 2v2 and 3v3 games? I like to start with 4 cons and T2. What I can to do in T2 and after T2? Whose commander I can to choose? I dont like shocks and guards.

You're really doing a conscript strat there. If you go 4 cons you'll want molotovs or AT grenades or both first. Then you can sometimes even just build T2, 1 maxim then go T3/T4 depending on your fuel situation.
In team games try to complement your teammates strategy - when paired with a US player going T2 straight away and getting MGs/mortars will assist since a US player struggles to field those.
