Got mine to work by putting 'ipconfig /flushdns' command into the windows command prompt thingy.

That's too complicated. Keep a magnet next to your hard disk. It attracts more internet for the server.

Verify integrity of games cache for Coh in Steam. It saves trawling through your HD to find and delete files.

If flush doesn't work, try doing it followed by a reboot. Worked for me.
No spreading out, no fancy stuff, just smash through. Let's see how those degenerate sophisticates handle a healthy dose of pure unreasoning violence.
