In Soviet Russia pockets are unnecessary as you have no personal possessions or ammunition to put into pockets. In Capitalist America, it just so happens that the General in charge of the uniforms, his wife owned stocks in Old Navy so the contract went to them, despite that they were a trillion dollars higher than any other company bidding.
