I encountered this bug when playing soviets, my team mates playing americans didnt notice anything when playing the game, also when i have been playing okw or us forces i havent noticed these. One thing that i noticed when watching the replay is that i cant follow a unit by double clicking a number key

Did the enemy have that HT (search light one, can't think of the name)? I saw the same thing and thought my graphics card having a hissy until I noticed the HT scanning my units.

I think that's the Infrared Half-track. It shows up when they're scanning you.
