I've always liked how you can easily access how many workers have been lost during a game for analysis. I would like if Relic had something like that but for squads loss that keeps record to make it easier to analyze without having to remember 25-30 min of fighting.

Those "small things" are all what matters when we consider neutral player choosing his e-sports game.

it is interesting to note that Starcraft2 executive producer Frank Pearce stated they view Starcraft2 as a 10 year eSports project.

not a series of sequelized video game releases.

This isn't the first time it's happened and it's fucking embarrassing.

Are you saying it's acceptable that a match at an off line event has to be played connected to the internet and thus susceptible to disconnects and issues with the Blizzard servers?

if u drill down into any large scale major event you can find a flaw in it.

over all SC2 is just fine.

let's check NBA's corrupt referee who was fixing games.
let's talk about the ice conditions of the Stanley Cup Finals for NHL games...
let's talk about Match fixing in international soccer as was amazingly chronicled and proven beyond any doubt by everyone's favourite canadian journalist .. declan hill.

i can go on and on...
does that make the NBA, NHL etc all crap.
no it doesn't.
Claude Lemieux is still the best fucking hockey that has ever walked on the face of god's green earth.

o .. and the current best hockey player on the planet nearly had his career ended playing in a game at 45F/10C in the pouring rain in a GOD DAMN FOOTBALL STADIUM.

That's how CoH works, right? This sort of DRM is getting more and more popular. Sim City even does it! It's a bunch of bullshit but we might have to get used to it.

But can you play on a LAN without authenticating through Relic's server? Can you even play on a LAN at all?

I haven't bought a game on a CD in years! It's bad for the environment and it clutters up my apartment. Steam/GOG.com/Desura are where it's at.

DoW2 (Steamworks game) has offline lan mode, but that doesn't mean CoH2 will have it. Hopefully it will !
