cant turn / deploy crew weapons

I got this strange bug, if i try to turn an mg or atg (right-click and drag in a direction), the UI seems to ignore it, i dont get the arrow symbol and no turning, just normal movement. Sometimes it works normally. Anyone else experienced this? Already reinstalled game, no effect.
