Abstained.
I like the fact that cover is now really important.
But soviets are too much on the backfoot while german are easy mode.
And I have lost games as soviets where even my opponents agreed I should have won because I played better, so it's not only a bad micro problem.
So I can't vote Yes, nor My micro is bad.

The direction of the patch is great, the balance needs work. Once balance gets sorted out, it'll be sweet.

ummm weighted question much? Abstain. Agree with CieZ.
The PTRS's are fine as they are. Whenever i'm up against Guard Infantry, I always have to be careful with my vehicles or the Guards will completely destroy them. Good range, good damage and fairly cheap; if anything, the PTRS should nerfed since it's ridiculously good for the price. Even in the hands of Conscripts, the PTRS's are extremely potent.
