impassable terrain, cover mesh problems

Hi everyone I'm having problems with deleting objects, take a house I placed for example I remove it with the del key and it disappears but leaves behind impassable terrain box. Is there a way to fix this? I have noticed stickiness in other maps and am wondering if this is the cause. Another problem I'm having is copying objects with the "C" key, it seems to leave behind the cover mesh from where it was copied from. It sometimes leaves a black square with the buildings which I'm not even sure what purpose it serves.

Ok nevermind I found that Once I save, close and reopen the map it corrects this issue.
