Why notify the opposing team a vote to surrender?

It's sort of an odd decision, and very humorous to the opposing team. Is there really a need to tell the opposing team "morale is low! abandon ship!"?

It doesn't really matter to me whether their votes fail or succeed, but it's sort of motivational to the winning side, I suppose.

Same thing as VP announce:
"The People are anticipate our Victory, they have [...] points remaining" /
"We fight well for the Reich, they have [...] points remaining"

Maybe it should be notified only when the other team agrees and surrender.

Talking from my personal point of view, when the enemy team calls for surrender and one of the guys cancel it, I feel like demotivated, decreasing my game intensity and risking a bit more because I feel the game is almost over.

It is an interesting look at personalities. You can be winning on your half of the map while the poor sod on the other side is getting hammered and puts up the vote ... at least you know he needs help. Some people put up the vote and if it doesn't go through they leave. Others refuse to hit surrender and go down swinging to the last conscript. Maybe a bit more communication between members before a vote would help .... but in random games, communication ... what's that?

It matters to Tengen. If you don't care about that issue don't waste your time here with useless posts that are not talking about the main issue nor contributing to the game.

I agree with Tengen , not to notify unless the enemy team agree to surrender.
