i think it would be best to bring in one faction, would be ok to balance and it could be purchasable like the commanders are, then those that do not have the faction can play against it but would have to buy it to use it. My ww2 history is not very good, is there a third faction that could be enemies to both current factions so the game owuld still make sense?
