how to get new commanders?

Can anyone be so kind and help me to understand how to get aftermath commanders? Downloaded the patch but commaners are not included

Commanders were free for 5 days due to the "make war not love" contest and since they are considered premium, they are not automatically installed into the game. Not sure if they still are free. You can check it out here:
