How To: Change Starting Resource Amount

I cant figure this out at all. Will someone please give me an in depth explanation on how to do this for my map. I know how to change the pop cap and all that but can find good guide to change the starting resources. Maybe its something supper simple I'm going to feel retarded about but please need help.Thanks a ton in advance.

It is quite easy, most likely your script is off by a syntax error. A coma, space, wrong format...ect.

Are you ONLY modifying resource count? Or are you also doing population, and or blizzard, or any other script in the scar file?
