Need help with upgrade

Hi Hardwaremaniaczzz!

I don't know much about hardware, but i'd like to play COH2 on higher settings.

Current rig:

AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black edition
Nvidia GTX 560 TI DC Hypercooled 1GB DDR5 Gigabyte.
8 Gb Ram , DDR3, 1333Mhz.

I'm playing on 1920-1080 res, with all settings med, but Physics on high. (Recommended settings). Also AA Off.
I'd like to play it on High, but I don't have much to spend.

If you guys would like to help me a bit, I'd be velly tankful.

e: Would an upgrade to a AMD Piledriver FX-8350 be a good idea?
All posts made are about situations in 2v2's. Not a 1v1 player.

What motherboard and power supply do you have? Also, what is your budget as "not a lot to spend" is different for everyone :)
