Builder crashes before it starts

Couldn't find any simmiliar or I'm blind

my builder simpy dosen't start, it crashes after few secconds.

no idea what to do...
anyone?

my WorldBuilder folder is only 5,5KB big and there is no warnings.log created...

1) verify cache integrity for COH2 in steam
2) verify Archive.exe exists in your COH2 folder in steamapps
3) run as administrator?

1)I simply reinstaled whole game, nothing changed.

Keeping Windows uptodate sometimes is a good idea... even without autoupdates^^
