only skin DLCs
The elite mod is pretty awsome.The elite mod community is still active.They added new factions and new Units.The balnce also is pretty good.I played the elite mod quite some time and i advise you to try it out.(http://steamcommunity.com/groups/DoW2EliteMod)You can find matches with the group chat.
