just happened me three times in a row now i'm winning than my oppo starts to lag he disconnect and i get the loss pretty much frustrating nothing can be done?

Nope, I'm afraid not. All you can do is wait for the game system to notice that the other player is doing it (if indeed it was, and not just a time-out), and they will get marked down with the game's 'honesty' tally. Whilst it doesn't help you, it will help in the future.
