Hello,
I've got a problem with impasse. If you look at the screencap you see the red areas leading up on the little hills. I made those hills with the spline deformation tool and I can't remove the impasse, regardless of any changes I make to the profile of the deformed terrain.
Does any one have any good tutorials or help with this sort of thing?

I hadn't, but it didn't solve the problem.

Maybe lower the splines with "h"?

Bake the spline, and use the terrain editor to smooth to passable.

And we have a winner! Thank you so much for your help, this seems like an excellent community.
I'm making my first map as we speak and have never made any maps for any game before, the learning curve is steep. I'm making a modelling of a section of the town I live in at the moment. If any one is curious, these are the google maps coordinates.
