Axis LV spam- counters ?

Hi team, I don't often encounter this, but when I do and it's being implemented by someone who is reasonably competent, it leads to my defeat. It starts with a bunch of HTs that lead into RADs and other assorted LVs. With a modicum of prudence, the player can preserve these into the late game, where they vet up and can easily push back most Allied units. As a matter of course, I usually put up tank barriers in the early game in certain places to keep kettens away, and I also put down mines, but this hampers my upgunning of infantry units. Any ideas ? PS I play team games.

Ultralight Vehicle dont do much against units in green cover, play safe and blob them do death. I know easier said then done.
Against 8-Rad go Stuart insanely good against Dak, as US 2xAT-Gun supported by Rifle with Grenades or build 2xAT-Halftrucks.
