Gren Panzerfaust Bugged?

Happened to me two times today. They stand next to a vehicle yet the ability does not trigger even after 5 or so secs. Anyobdy else experienced this?

Im experiencing similar things with UKF at nades. Command is queued but the ability never fires sometimes.
The Ruleset is only a guideline, and are not actually the Rules. This is .org
