this patch they did somewhat address this and made mortars and flamers i think something else do better damage against buildings.
Failure is always an option. 
It's a happy massacre?! (yes, yes it is!)
Caffeine illegal for WiFi's to ingest in 48 states, 2 colonies, and 1 providences. 
To make most awesome thing in universe combine Bears and Nicholas Cage! 
and remember kids, we didn't start the flame-war!

And they now don't insta-explode with riflenades or mortar shells.
Garrisoning buildings are less godlike than before, but still gives a stupid defensive bonus in infantry battles.

I would argue building godmode is still there. What just made me uninstall the game again is a dshk in a building that took 7 mins 16 mortar shells 3 rifle grenades a dead pio flamer and a sniper just to take out 3 entites, and dshk gets out and runs away.........

Yea, bulding are still OP. I played a game 2 days ago where I flanked the house with penals with flamers. First he pined my squad that was atracking fire so I could flank with penals, and than se pined my penals while they where flaiming the house sooooo I think it's not good. But anyway I stoped playing COH2 since that and I'm back to vCOH, the game is clearly broken.

to be clear i never said they still weren't OP. hence the use of "somewhat".
