It looks like they lock out the ability to capture territory points when paratroopers/Fallschirmjäger airdrop. Before I remove that from my mod, is there any reason it should stay in?

It is only a balance feature. Without that, they can capture a territory while in the air when dropped within the radius of a territory point.

Thanks. For AEF and Soviet paratroopers they add an paratroopers_all_landed after a 15 second delay, presumably to let them finish the drop. But it doesn't seem to unlock anything.
